Music

Teaching.

I've been a singing teacher and musical director for four years and I love to work with students of all ages and abilities. I've conducted the University of Kent Chamber Choir in Canterbury Cathedral, worked as Andrew Lippa's music assistant at the Royal Festival Hall, and taught over 800 hours of private voice lessons! Check out my Book a Lesson page for more about my experience and teaching style.

Performing.

I often perform at local venues around Kent – like above, at the Penny Theatre, Canterbury! I play original songs and covers, on the ukulele and piano. I've trained in voice since I was very young and joined my first choir aged 5. That's also when I started playing the piano. Music is such a love of mine and a huge part of who I am. I've trained in musical theatre since I was 14 and this filters into my writing. More on that...

Compositions.

Above all, I love to write. I wrote my first song when I was 11 and never looked back. I can remember the first time I got the buzz for composition, performing an original song to my entire school, aged 14. I realised I can touch people's hearts, make them feel things through music. This, combined with my love of literature, has made composing a huge part of my life. Now, I'm writing my first original musical and even working with Broadway legends on projects!

The Quarantony Awards (Opening Number)

In June 2020, I composed and produced a parody Tony Awards opening number. It starred not only some of the best up-and-coming talent the arts industry has to offer but also Broadway legends Chilina Kennedy, Jane Bruce and Jenn Colella! Give it a watch below:

Let Me Read EP

In 2017, I released my debut EP Let Me Read across all major streaming platforms. On it are four original songs, written and played by me and produced by Ewan Bennett. You can give it a listen below:

V: The Musical

I'm writing a musical! More about that on my writing page, but you can catch little snippets of music from the show over on my Instagram, and soon I'll be starting a Kickstarter to raise money for the concept album. Stay tuned...
